SHIPPING

Artist Victoria Dael offers free shipping rates for all international purchases. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 10-14 working days. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order is shipped.

Artist Victoria Dael has skilled professional staff who are experienced in all aspects of fine art handling, packing and shipping.  To lessen our environmental impact, we use a range of quality, durable recycled, and eco-friendly materials including foam, bubble wrap, inflated cushioning, reinforced corners, and double-layer cardboard. Artist Victoria Dael custom packs each piece securely and ready for international transport.

Original art purchases are shipped with fast international shipping and includes door to door tracking and full transit insurance. 

Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. Artist Victoria Dael does not take responsibility for duty fees or possible shipment delays due to customs.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

All prices listed on this site are in American dollars (USD). Most clients would like to choose bank transfers for better accountability.

Besides making payment directly from your bank account, artist Victoria Dael also recommends using Wise.com (formerly known as TransferWise) primarily for non-US customers, as they offer a much better exchange rate and minimum transfer fees. The whole transfer process is usually faster than that of other types of bank transfers.

In our case, artist often receives the transfer in our bank account within 10 minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday).

 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Artist Victoria Dael offers refund or exchange on items damaged in the post, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your artwork is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.
